1- Baking Soda Sports Drink

There are many sport drinks out there, but many of them end up causing more harm than good! They are usually packed with sugary content, and other negative ingredients, and may even end up causing type two diabetes. They are usually not recommended unless you’re a high-performance athlet.

Surprisingly, this is where baking soda comes in handy. You can throw out those sport drinks and instead grab this ingredient at the back of your pantry. This will clearly work better if you exercise regularly, taking most advantage of its benefits.

Recipe:

-Half a cup of lemon juice

-A quarter cup of honey

-Five cups of coconut water

-A quarter tablespoon of baking powder

-Half a tablespoon of unprocessed sea salt

It’s incredibly easy to prepare. Just heat the coconut water in low, and add baking soda, making sure to stir until it’s completely dissolved. Once this happens, include the remaining ingredients and mix. Pour the liquid into a bottle and keep in the fridge until you’re ready to use it!
